General Terms and Conditions (GTC)


1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all orders and contracts concluded between the customer and the online shop for the sale of electronic products (hereinafter "products").

3. Orders

  • 3.1 By submitting an order via the online shop, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
  • 3.2 The online shop immediately confirms receipt of the order by email. This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer, but merely informs the customer about the receipt of the order.
  • 3.3 The contract is only concluded when the online shop accepts the order by sending a separate order confirmation by email or when the products are shipped to the customer.

4. Prices and payment terms

  • 4.1 All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • 4.2 Payment is made by [specification of available payment methods, e.g. credit card, PayPal, bank transfer]. The online shop reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods and to offer alternative payment methods.

5. Delivery and shipping

  • 5.1 The online shop delivers the ordered products to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
  • 5.2 The delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the products and will be communicated to the customer before conclusion of the purchase contract.
  • 5.3 The customer bears the shipping costs, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
  • 5.4 Self-collection of goods is unfortunately not possible.

6. Right of withdrawal

  • 6.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the products without giving any reason.
  • 6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the online shop of his decision to withdraw from the contract. For this purpose, he can use the model withdrawal form provided on the website of the online shop.
  • 6.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.

7. Warranty and liability

  • 7.1 The online shop warrants that delivered products are free from defects and conform to contractually agreed specifications.
  • 7.2 The customer is obliged to check delivered products immediately upon receipt for any defects and to notify any defects in writing to the online shop without delay.
  • 7.3 The liability of the online shop for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent is limited.

8. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

9. Data protection

The online shop collects, processes and uses personal data of the customer only within the framework of legal regulations and the data protection declaration. Data is only passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the processing of the contract.

10. Final provisions

  • 9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
  • 9.2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is [place], if the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
  • 9.3 If any provision of these GTC is or becomes wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a valid provision shall be deemed agreed that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
